"Kind of out of the way from town without a car (my fault for not looking carefully at a map!) but the hotel sent someone to pick us up! We were walking the Via Francigena, and while it’s not super close to the main path they showed us a nice easy connecting trail and even printed a map and walked us out to the trailhead! Great breakfast too, lovely place all around."

"For the price the hotel did exactly what it needed to do - allow us to sleep before our flight home in a cute town. Not amazing by any means - just okay. Location is excellent.
The hotel needs renovation and improvements in the aesthetic. The AC didn’t work, the carpets are old, the bedding rough. "Lovely room - quiet (the house is not directly facing the piazza). Also liked the little tea kitchen with an espresso machine, electric kettle and a stove to warm some food or cook a simple meal. Parking outside the city walls and taking the elevator to the historic center i very easy. It’s a 5 minute walk! Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from close by."
