"The location of the property is excellent, next to Memory Museum. The receptionists are very helpful. They kindly switched out us to a bigger room because the bathroom door didn't close in the room we were given. Unfortunately, the shower door in the new room didn't close all the way and water got all over the floor. Great value for the money, because it includes a hot breakfast but I'm not sure I would stay there again."

"The hotel rooms were clean. Breakfast was free for guest from 6 AM to 11 AM. However, parking garage smelled like a sewer and so did the elevator is coming up from the parking garage. We were scolded that we left dirty towels in the hallway. Getting in and out of the parking garage was difficult, especially when we were...

"Bien"

"The location was good. They did allow us to check in early and they allowed us to leave our luggage after check out and while we waited for our flight. However, the property and especially the room was not as advertised. The room looks nothing like the website. The room is very small, uncomfortable, and dingy. The bed appeared to be broken and uncomfortable. The bed mattress did not appear to match the bed frame. The blow dryer which was hard wired into the outlet did not work. There are...
