"The location of the property is excellent, next to Memory Museum. The receptionists are very helpful. They kindly switched out us to a bigger room because the bathroom door didn't close in the room we were given. Unfortunately, the shower door in the new room didn't close all the way and water got all over the floor. Great value for the money, because it includes a hot breakfast but I'm not sure I would stay there again."

"El servicio del personal fue excelente, sin embargo; al ser una casa antigua renovada para ser un hotel se notan las cosas que quedan antiguas como el olor de las tuberías y las duchas con piso de plástico para adaptarse a las limitaciones que imagino a nivel legal se les presentan.
También es importante considerar que el área de fumado se encuentra justo en una zona donde confluyen diferentes habitaciones por lo que el humo y el ruido puede ser molesto."

"The hotel rooms were clean. Breakfast was free for guest from 6 AM to 11 AM. However, parking garage smelled like a sewer and so did the elevator is coming up from the parking garage. Vincent was pretty helpful at the front desk. His other colleagues were not at times. When we asked for extra towels, they said they were only available after 9 AM to 5 PM. We were scolded that we left dirty towels in the hallway. Getting in and out of the parking garage was difficult, especially when we were...

"The location was good. They did allow us to check in early and they allowed us to leave our luggage after check out and while we waited for our flight. The bed appeared to be broken and uncomfortable. The bed mattress did not appear to match the bed frame. The blow dryer which was hard wired into the outlet did not work. There are...
