"Wonderful and clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful. 25 minute or less walk to major sites. Was nice to feel at the edge of the city for less noise and view of the river but still walkable to everything. "

"This hotel is on the 3rd floor of a historic building. There are no elevators (which I knew beforehand). The stairs are not for the faint of heart. We got one key card for our room, so we had to co-ordinate. Also, when we arrived, we had to check in using the codes although we arrived before 4 PM. This was not a big deal but I wanted to mention. The location is awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean. The communication was good."

We were staying in a junior suite and were so impressed by the amount of space, the huge balcony, the decor, the beautiful swimming pool, the breakfast every morning, the lovely staff throughout and the location was so handy for everything we wanted to go visit! "The BEST location in Firenze. 1 block from Uffizi, 2 blocks from Ponte Vecchio, 4 blocks from the Duomo. And an easy 15-20 minute walk to the train station. Rooms were clean and spacious. Windows kept out any noise. We were quite satisfied! "
