"The good: comfortable bed, air conditioning, clean linen, complimentary tea, water and kettle to use. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of different foods to choose from. The bad: we could hear so much noise outside, from the rain, to other guests walking past or talking outside, to crying children in the middle of the night. "Unfortunately, our room was not very clean. Also the safe was not working. That's why we contacted the staff to give us a new room. Unfortunately, the next room was the same. So a handyman came to fix the safe and a cleaner to clean again. In the end it was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
