"Walked in to the room that I was told was ready for us. There was a maintenance man in there with some used toilet parts spread out on the floor. Paid extra for breakfast. There's was never any reference to it being a continental buffet. Only that it was 2 cooked breakfasts. I wouldn't have paid for it had I been aware that was the situation. The bartender was extremely slow. The drinks have an absurd mark up. For the price I paid to stay here. All I saw was mediocrity in a fancy looking package. I've worked for years in hotels and restaurants... This is one I without hesitation will say that I'm never coming back to."

"Fresh towels only every 3 days. Charged me a late checkout fee in the middle of my stay. Poor front desk help. By the way you check in at a kiosk. You can't access both sides of the bed. Great location."
