The room had a musty smell to it. Breakfast was not great. Even though the food was on warmers it was still cold. The staff didn’t refill the food when it was low. There was no tea. The gentleman at the front desk on Saturday and Sunday was super nice. I don’t see myself staying here again. "

"We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around."

"The room was exceedingly clean, remarkably so. That was good. However there was such a strong air freshener / cleaning product smell that it was hard to breathe and I had to take allergy meds. This makes me not want to stay here again, despite the impressive cleanliness. The windows did open, but only one stayed open on its own. The blackout / privacy curtains were not designed to close and the thin curtains were not enough to insure privacy, had to change in the bathroom. I was able to charge...

"We had a poor experience at this location. One of the only reasons we booked here was for the pool and when we went to use it was closed due to what we were told was a broken filter. The room was nice but did not have some of the amenities we expected such as an extra blanket with the sleeper sofa, there were only sheets. There was no lotion which I had planned to use after a rushed packing situation and the towels had an off smell to them. Also the microwave was very load for some reason...
