"We stayed at the Brunelleschi for three nights, and everything about the hotel is perfect. Although it's a bit difficult navigating to the hotel through the narrow streets of Florence, the staff was very helpful in getting us close, where a bell hop was waiting to direct us the rest of the way. Then they arranged for a driver from the garage to pick up and return the car when we checked out. "We loved our stay here! Don’t expect the fanciest room but it was perfect for our short stay and it’s in the best spot right in front of the duomo our room window opens up to a view of the duomo! It was so convenient. And the receptionist is SO SWEET he made sure we had everything we needed and he helped make reservations for us at restaurants super helpful!!
