"Daniel was fantastic he contacted us before we were due to arrive to see what time we were arriving and said if the room was available we could go straight in and it was just after 1200 fantastic. Really good location for everything the only slight negative due to our age more than anything and nothing that could be done as this is an old building the stairs 4 floors was difficult with luggage. Although it's a bit difficult navigating to the hotel through the narrow streets of Florence, the staff was very helpful in getting us close, where a bell hop was waiting to direct us the rest of the way.
