"Straightforward and welcoming check in. However, we weren’t made very welcome in the bar area; I don’t know why not. Our room did not have good ventilation when the glass entrance door was closed."

"Bedroom was spacious and clean. Very quiet to even though we were facing front onto the road. Although on second floor and no lift we were helped up stairs with our luggage. Only thing we missed was not having tea or coffee facilities in room. We werent having breakfast as we dont eat that much at the start of the day. My husband went down to see if we could get a couple of tea each in the morning he was told no."

Good hot shower with fan heater and dryer. Good supply of clean towels. Breakfast ok. Limited for those who require a vegetarian diet. Luggage storage facilities. Staff were pleasant "

"I have used this hotel several times as an overnight stay before an early morning ferry. It’s perfectly adequate in that context. It’s been recently refurbished since my last visit - they’ve done a nice job. The restaurant next door is very handy and serves good food at reasonable prices ."
