"Lovely comfortable and very clean room. Plenty of towels etc. I had room 11 on the ground floor which did not feel very private, however the curtains were good - it was just a shame not to be able to open up for the natural light. Only problem I had was some very noisy people upstairs from me who sounded like they were moving furniture around in the night - however not the accommodations fault and other than that it was very quiet.
