"The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner."

"I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after staying here with my son. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and spotlessly presented. The rooms, bathrooms, bar and décor all look brand new, and the breakfast (€15) was excellent with plenty of choice. The Disney shuttle was also reliable and very convenient. "There is no reception so be sure to check your messages for check in access codes and do make reservations if you want to eat at the nearby restaurant. It has excellent food but can book out and you’ll have no other options unless you uber somewhere else. Bring water and snacks too before checking in because there is no store within walking distance. And the sofas do pullout into beds…. Took us a bit to figure that out. Other than that it was a comfortable stay with nice finishes."

"Huge apartment style rooms that were super comfy and clean. The washer and dryer were so valued after travelling with kids. The pool is fantastic and the shuttle service to Disney was so easy and such a short drive. We’ve stayed at a lot of Disney hotels and this one was way better than staying at the park."

Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. "The day we were there it was the hotest temperature ever recorded, it was very surprising to me that the hotel didn’t have any ice even in the restaurant! we arrived at two pm and couldn’t find anything to eat in the neighborhood everything is closed until five! Be aware of this local restrictions, we were starving and hot!"
