"My husband and I had a great experience at this rental. It’s more like a B&B with a host. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional."

"Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. Except, they have very limited hours that they're on-site so coordination needs to be done if you're planning to arrive late or check-out early or need assistance outside of the 1:00 to 4:00 hours. There isn't an elevator, so the walk-up to the 3rd floor with luggage is something to consider if you're arriving outside of their operating hours. Also location is walking distance from the historic downtown area but it’s rough at night time, you cannot go out and feel safe as there is homeless and what it appears to be little gangs (again can’t blame the hotel for this more the city which is a shame)."

"Wonderful property in the heart of Palermo. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We booked our stay one hour before we arrived due to a VRBO host cancellation. They greeted us with rooms ready, walked us through the amenities and stored our luggage for several hours after we checked out.
