The property is in a very nice area which is quiet and also very safe for solo travellers. It was an easy walk to shops and restaurants as well as the river trails."

"The rooms were too dusty and the mattress was old. They could at least get mattress covers that actually work without coming off. Good and quiet location. The aor conditioning wasn't working but I got fixed later. We asked for a fak as alternative and for given a dusty one that made me sick. More can be done to ensure they get the best value out of the rooms."

"I was travelling solo so I was very picky with choosing a place to stay. I am so happy that I chose Granville House B&B. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Randy. The place and room was clean and nicely decorated. Randy was very helpful with information and places to see and visit. My room was amazing. I had everything I needed and more. "we booked 2 rooms and confirmed. The staff had no knowledge of it. It took 45 minutes even after we showed the confirmation email from expedia. Key card continue to fail multiple times. Breakfast was not replenish efficiently, overcooked food. basic selections."
