"Staff were exceptional."

"Just checked out after an incredible stay at The Sands at Nomad. Staying right on the property for my dives is a dream—the rooms are beautiful, and going straight from your room to an amazing dive is ultimate convenience. The restaurant has the perfect laid-back beach vibe, serving incredibly fresh seafood and great drinks right on the sand. Excellent service “@Juma” and the absolute best beachfront spot in Diani. Will definitely be back."

"Spent 3 nights, all inclusive. Food was good, drinks were great, pool was warm and clean. The room was clean and had a great view. If I ever go back to Diani I will definitely stay there again."

"The rooms were clean and well stocked with tiny soap, lotion, shampoo and water bottles. Mosquito net looked cute and not over bearing. Stylish actually. The meals were relatively nice and fresh. No upset tummies at all. Wish they served African snacks during tea time, e.g. mahamri and sweet potato. The staff were helpful and always pleasant. Discovered the massage amenities almost too late. Very reasonable and the ladies were nice and gentle, as we wanted. Not a great space for people who...

"Staff was the highlight of the stay - super friendly and helpful. Room is dated already, not much amenity (had to ask for hair dryer every time needed to use). Same chain as Boxo so sometimes Boxo guests sneaked in and used the pool which was not very nice. An ok stay, bit less quality than the price paid"

"Muy buen trato y muy confortable!"

"The hotel is amazing. The staff were the best, made us feel like we were at home and always went above and beyond with our requests. The food was delicious, specially on Wednesdays and Saturdays which was Swahili Night.Just would like to see more fruit variety at breakfast because you have delicious fruit in Diani. Only thing to point is the room attendant, which by the way was good but just needs to pay more attention to details when cleaning the bathroom…Overall we had an amazing experience and...

"Amazing place! "

"Clean, quiet, safe, spacious room, convenient location and great staff."

"Kein Klima , kein Fernseher wie im Angebot vorgesehen, die Klimatisierten Zimmer waren verschimmelt. Deswegen habe ich notgedrungen ein Zimmer mit Ventilatororen nehmen müssen. Personal ist hilfsbereit und Freundlich. Sind im Moment am renovieren."

"So disappointed in the service here. Staff were not well trained - did not listen - were unwilling to assist. Our room was not made up daily - even though we asked. Food was sparse and was not anywhere close to what was expected based on our research. The fact that we had to pay for our food when we used room service - was insane. This is an All Inclusive after all. Would NOT recommend"

"Bis zum Tag der Abreise war alles Bestens. Check out ist schon um 10 Uhr, ab da gilt auch das All Inclusive nicht mehr. Ausser Wasser muss man dann an dem Tag bis zum Flughafen Transfer alles sehr teuer bezahlen. So etwas haben wir vorher noch nie erlebt und wir reisen sehr viel in allen Teilen der Welt"

"So great we came back a few days after checking out - just had to come back!"

"The hotel was kept in excellent condition; my room was cleaned & towels were changed daily. The rooftop bar & pool were also maintained in tiptop shape. All of the staff were smiling, helpful & professional; with special mention of Robert (manager), Fridah, Joseph & Nassir (reception), Rashid (marketing), Jane & Sharleen (waitresses) & Tina (head cleaner). The security personnel were always alert & polite. The food was always well prepared with a great menu selection (& room service readily...

"It’s high quality accommodation in a beautiful garden in Diani. Rooms are very large, both bedroom and bathroom. Also a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. Very handy, walkable, to the amazing beach. Short Tuk-Tuk ride to the supermarket and restaurants. The pool is dreamy, water sparkling clean and warm. Breakfast is a real treat, the evening meal (if ordered) a bit of a disappointment. We will be back."

"Very suitable for families, with a great host."
