"Nice posada style stay outside of Puerto Natales. Excellent value, good service, and an unforgettable view. Close to the airport, you will need a rental or vehicle access to move. Will definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Puerto Natales. The place has a couple of rooms with a shared space and it was truly amazing. Barbara also provided great service!"

They made the entire process smooth including the airport to hotel transfer, check in, helping coordinate taxis for us, gave advice for our hiking in Torres del Paine and provided wonderful breakfast and amenities. "This quaint hotel was clean and is located in a great location. By the water, with a short walk to the center of town. (Do visit the friendly cafe located next door for lunch or dinner.) They have a continental breakfast, and a staff member offers to make eggs to go along with your meal. The shower was a bit quirky. Be careful so you don’t get burned. And there is no shelf for items. Loved the native artifacts and the natural wood interiors. This is much more peaceful and beautiful than “modern” concrete, steel and plastics. Spa also excellent with superb pool and very clean hot tub. We plan to return soon!"

"I had a very good stay - the hotel is centrally located and you can walk to various restaurants. I stayed in two rooms - one faced the parking lot: the view was not too nice but it was quiet. The furniture in this room looked a bit dated. On a different day I had a room facing the sea. The view was great but this room also faced the busy street which was a bit loud.
