"My husband and I stayed at Riverfront Inn in Roseburg in May of 2026. The room was clean, decently updated and had everything we needed for our short stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They knew we were from out of town and they even offered suggestions on places to eat. My only complaint is that the mattress was too firm, so I didn't sleep well but that seems to be the trend for motels and hotels these days."

"The staff is super nice! The lobby is neat with the staircase. But one thing I gotta say is that they need to lesson the floral sent in the rooms and in the lobby. I’m allergic to that stuff.. all in all I would still go back. It’s a really great place."

"We booked an ADA room on accident, but found the items supplied for the room to be nice. There is a walker, shower chair, pull bars and plenty of room for maneuvering. On the negative side, the floors were very dirty. Our feet were black within minutes and there was quite a bit of pet hair in corners and the bathroom. The bed was just alright and had heavy coil springs. We did not use the pullout couch but the couch itself was on the bottom end of comfortable. It would have been nice to have a...

"Once we got settled in I pulled back the blankets to find blood spatters in sheet and pillow cases. Also what seemed to be some small blood splatters on bathroom wall. Asked to cancel our reservation as it was for 3 days and was refused so we just packed up and went elsewhere."
