"Room 1856 We were surprised on check-in as the front desk clerks appeared to be a little confused. When we checked we noticed that there was a surreal amount of dust all over everything. We also noticed that there were no writing materials such as pad and paper which is always available and we needed it. While showering you could not keep from getting water outside of shower curtain which essentially barely met the floor. Additionally, the outlet near the window appeared to be dead as...

"Seems silly, but not enough convient, accessible outlets for charging phones! We had to unplug bedside light behind matterss to use outlet! Staff was polite and helpfull with airconditioner issue! We would stay again! Location was great!"

"The room wasn’t very clean. The coffee pot looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in probably two years. When I mentioned it at the time of checkout, the lady at the counter didn’t even apologize. She just said next time maybe you should come down and tell us about it. Plus, there were dogs in just about every room and all I heard was barking. Needless to say, I will not be staying there again."

"Nice staff, clean rooms, well maintained facility, but long way to rooms from parking and too much smoke from the casino. It’s a great place for a dedicated gambler."

"Wifi didn't work last 4 days I was there. In room coffee was good.Carpet was stained and probably should be replaced. Casino smelled of heavy smoke and obviously was not well ventilated. Would not be my choice If I visited again. "

"4th floor hallway reeked of urine, came back to find our room door open, sleeping security guard, smoke detector low battery beeping started at 3:30am. Front desk customer service EPIC FAIL. This place should be condemned!"

"Navigating through casinos is confusing. No signs posted to direct you from one to another. Easy to get turned around. Staff made it more confusing."

"Hotel was perfect for what we needed. I would say the only complaint I would have is the door/window wasn't very sound proof and people where loud when walking through the halls. Two chicks dinner that is attached was so cute and delicious some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had!"

"Several plugs & switches in our room did not work. I requested a 1st floor room, was told that the hotel had an elevator. Got to the hotel, they do not have an elevator and I was put in a 2nd floor room."

"The worst experience ever!!!! Will never stay here again. In fact we had to check out of the room early and lose our money because we can’t even sleep at all. There’s some kind of violence going on next door and the people were screaming and yelling and slamming door until 5:30am. You can hear the phone ring in the next room and the whole conversation. When we opened the patio door and there are homeless people walking around. It’s kind of scary to stay there. Stay away."
