Handicap acessable. Is not pissible when arm chair is modern with no arms to pull oneself up. The height of the bed was way too high for me to climb in. I used the hassick and my husband had to pull me up

Never mentioned smoking/non smoking rooms when during purchase. Possibly the entire hotel is smoking as my husband and I could smell cigarette and weed smoke in our room. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything going on in the rooms around us.

This was a great little hotel. Very reasonably priced, bed and pillows were wonderful. Breakfast was ok, bagels and yogurt and coffee. The area was within walking distance to Mystic Village, a cute little village with shops and restaurants and a 10 mins drive from downtown Mystic. Would stay here again!

Wi-Fi only free if you give personal information and give permission to accept all Hilton promotions. Really? Free WiFi is in coffee shops, but not in your hotel? Breakfast was mediocre bagels, inedible muffins, and watered down orange juice. The only thing good was that the room was clean.

Excellent except for breakfast which was very limited. The orange juice was watered down. Very disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

Staff was wonderful. Room was on 1st floor. The people above us could be heard walking across the floor, having sex, and watching TV all night and early morning. My friend and I did not sleep well due to this. I expected better from a Hilton.

Property itself was nice. Third party reservations with issues cannot and will not be addressed by staff, only day shift managers. If booking via third party and a glitch happens, management will either approve a correction but not input in their system (causing loosing payment and paying a second time upon arrival) even when third party told change for no charge is acceptable, or deny righting the mistake the second time around.

This was our first time at a Spark property, and we were very happy. All of the staff, including housekeeping, we’re extremely friendly and very helpful. The room had more than enough room for three of us. It was an enjoyable stay.

We stayed at the hotel for the weekend, taking our daughter on her first trip to Mystic. This hotel was newer and updated and seemed like a great price. We would definitely stay here again, no issues at all at the fault of the hotel but the walls are pretty thin and you can hear every conversation going on in the room next door (may have been at fault of the door for adjoined rooms) and the family we had next door was very loud. You can also hear the loud stomping upstairs too, but honestly it was quiet during quiet hours and we didn't have any issues.

Nice place to stay. Clean. Very noisy though. The walls are thin so you can hear noise from walking above you easily. If noise doesnt bother you then this is a great place.

Understandably this is not a 5 star hotel but with that said it has been newly renovated! Our room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was nice. We had an issue with our tv and they had maintenance in our room in minutes to fix it and he was super nice! My only negative comment would be the overall appearance of the hallways were dark/dingy feeling and you could hear people talking/walking in the hall. Overall great stay and would stay there again.

I only slept a few hours. Just when I would nod off to sleep, I would hear a door close to another guest's room. This property is not suitable for light sleepers.
