"Great stay
Need more heat in space where pool is during winter! Front staff, cleaning staff, breakfast staff all excellent and friendly. Quiet the majority of the time. Desk chair broken by another resident but was replaced. Great stay! Very clean! And hallway deodorizer was wonderful."

"I was so tired I just wanted to rest. I would have appreciated it if they had asked me if the noise bothered me or not! A train was passing by constantly; it was as if the blessed train was inside the room. I asked them to park my car, but they wouldn't accept my credit card. They made me scan a system that didn't work day or night! Now I'm having nightmares about that train. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, not in this life, not in the next."
