"Complimentary shuttle service is welcomed to and from the airport. The drivers are courteous. However, you need to call and request a pickup. Plan on waiting 20 minutes unless by chance they are already there. My room was clean and quiet. A couple of helpful tips: Across the street is a terrific large grocery store called Market Basket. It's huge. They have a large selection of prepared foods if you are tired and don't wish to hunt a restaurant up. They have a cafeteria where you line up and tell the employees what you want to take away. They have a nice selection of travel size toiletries and a huge selection of drug store items. There are only 2 restaurants I saw near the hotel: A Mexican restaurant and a 5 Guys Burger place. There is a small expensive convenience area next to the lobby. Of course everything is expensive as it is a convenience area. But, in a pinch you chalk it up as part of your holiday. The only improvement would be the breakfast. It's not up to Hampton Inn standards more like a 2 star budget motel (like Red Roof Inn) They had no fruit today at all, must have run out. I was there early. The day before only apples and oranges. It's not the best but the ladies were nice and seemed to do what was required. Lobby staff were all good."

"Front desk staff was very nice. The hotel offers excellent transportation service to the airport and to the train station. The hotel needs updating. Carpets were dirty, towel holders are coming out of the wall and the TV service was terrible. But the beds were comfortable, and that is important."

"Easy in and out. Restaurants/ bar in hotel. Coffee maker in room or go downstairs. Elevator quick. Reasonably price hotel and restaurant. 10 minutes from Cambridge."

"The only hiccup we had was a less than helpful staff at the restaurant for dinner. after a brief “discussion” things changed and we had a good meal."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this particular Hyatt Place. I requested a king size bed for 2 nights and ended up with 2 doubles. When I went to speak with the front desk, there was a long line. I waited for a bit, but she seemed to be the only person. Anyway, we decided to stay in the room. We were on the third floor and the ice machine would not stop beeping. I went to the front desk, still only 1 person and a line. I told them and they said they would take care of it and they did. I could speak with them in the morning. The next morning, the person who helped with the breakfast was wonderful, friendly, kept everyone smiling. I saw that your company could make specialty coffees and went to get one and speak about the room. Again, there was only 1 person and so many people in line. I didn't wait for the room or coffee. The ice machine was beeping again the next night. I called the front desk and someone came up to fix it. The last morning, I was able to speak with the young lady I told her what happened and she didn't say a word except if I wanted my receipt. We left Sunday May 10th. Whomever was working around 11am needs some help. More training, something. Go ahead and secret shop her. She is not good for the Hyatt name."
