"clean rooms but there were no towels and only one wash cloth. Soap was only body wash soap. It would have been nice if they also had bar soap. To be fair attendant gave us towels after I reached out to them."

"This hotel is our go to for any time we visit NY. Love everything about it! Great spacious clean new rooms, wonderful staff. Excellent location, conveniently located within walking distance to a plethora of amazing restaurants and shopping plazas and or an Uber ride away to other parts of NY for when you want to explore. Highly recommend!"

"We loved this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. We flew into LaGuardia at 11:30 pm. Catching the free hotel shuttle was quick and effortless. We grabbed bagels next door for a quick, lite breakfast. Next time we fly into NYC for a cruise we will definitely stay here again. "

"We really liked this place and would definitely stay here again! We specifically searched for a modern, clean hotel at a reasonable price that also offered free on-site parking for our trip to NYC. Since we were renting a car, the parking situation was a major factor for us, and we quickly found that almost none of the surrounding hotels in Long Island City offered free parking. "In New York parking is a necessity. Unfortunately when we got there shortly after 4pm they said that their underground lot was full already forcing us to find parking elsewhere. Hard to believe considering check-in is at 4pm. With a young family in tow this was not ideal. Breakfast was also lacking quality. Did the trick for the night, but unlikely to return."

"It’s a big full service hotel and I thought good value. Large corner room with 2 windows and views. Large bathroom decorated brilliant white. Leather sofa in room. Coffee and pastries available early downstairs Saturday morning as alternative to room service or restaurant. Staff all helpful."

"Hotel offers airport shuttle, but I was unable to get the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The app did not work, I called the hotel 3 times, but was hung up on each time, and the shuttle never showed up to the airport as their site suggests. I ended up catching the city bus and walking to the hotel. "
