"Not good service at all !!! For that kind of price it was a disaster. No water at the spa and gym. And very very rude manager on duty. Because top management was there that Sunday. I will never go back to that property."

"The Andaz Costa Rica Resort at Peninsula Papagayo was incredible and truly exceeded our expectations. The resort was beautifully maintained, with breathtaking scenery at every turn. We especially loved the pools, the seamless boat rides to the beach club, and the consistently friendly and attentive staff. One of the highlights was enjoying our morning coffee at sunrise while listening to the howler monkeys—an unforgettable and uniquely Costa Rican experience."

"This resort was a pleasant surprise. My husband selected the hotel & I was not excited about having one restaurant on the property. All I can say is WOW!! The menu changed every evening (Italian, Caribbean, Mexican) , the protein was prepared fresh upon request. Typically you had the choice of beef, chicken, fresh fish or pork. The breakfast had an omelet chef, fantastic fruit/pastries & AMAZING coffee. The hotel was a small boutique hotel. The pools were well maintained, staff was constantly...

"The room was cleaned every day . The staff did an amazing job. The staff was very friendly and helpful . The only negative I have is the food wasn’t very good and it was over priced."
