"The Villa was new and up scale and roomy. It was super clean and great instruction on how to deal with the needs for our 2 days stay. The bedrooms was good size with comfortable Queens size bed and not those twin size. The beds were great and firm enough you know they weren't cheap material. The amenities were great with the sauna room was clean and equipped with sauna towel along with the private hot tub in the unit and no need to share. The balcony was great for BBQ with family and friends....

"From beginning to end it was an awesome experience. It made me want to extend my stay. Staff was awesome, everyone was very helpful from the door men to the cooks. Dinner was delightful, breakfast was amazing. The hotel was very clean from the outside to our room. The rooms are beautiful, we had the river view room. My husband and I wanted to make this trip special and I’m so glad we booked this property because it achieved that goal. I would absolutely recommend this property to any person visiting Hakone. It was amazing! Also, the food packages are absolutely worth it— at the very least book the breakfast and then grab dinner separately one of the nights!"
