"Great location near Shinkansen Osaka station coming from Tokyo, room’s a bit unkempt but decent for the value, might be difficult to some with the whole virtual concierge/no one at the desk concept. "
"This hotel is a good deal while staying in Osaka compared to other hotels that I’ve searched. Close to the Osaka Umeda Train Station. I recommend it for families. "

"The room had great extras and pajama & slippers for all persons staying. The extras for each person I didn’t expect but glad where given were toothbrush and toothpaste, packet of cotton swabs and facial cotton pads, mouthwash, and body scrub towel. I also liked that is was convenient 15 min walk from Osaka station. "

"Spent 8 nights at rhe Royal Park Canvas in Osaka Kitahama area ans had a great experience.
The hotel was easy to get to with multiple metro entrances nearby but is far enough away from the really big crowds of people. It's also situated near the river/water so it makes for a nice evening walk. There are lots of cafes, restaurants ans convenience stores nearby as well so lots of options. It's also roughly a 20-30 min walk to Osaka castle and only a 15 min train ride to Dontonburi.
Front desk floor is on flr2 and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. There are toiletries on the check in floor so you can definitely save on packing space and leave your toothbrush or hair comb at home. The hotel also has a buffet breakfast for an extra charge and it was pretty delicious. It boasts unlimited coffee, smoothies, yogurt, upon, curry, eggs, bacon and much more. We enjoyed having this as an option in the mornings. Breakfast runs till 10am.
Our room was spacious for Japanese standards and had a beautiful rain shower and a deep soaking tub in it. Cleaning was provided daily for the rooms (different from north American practices) and everything was always immaculate.
The hotel also has in house laundry, which was a life saver. 600 yen for a wash and dry and availability of the machines can be monitored on your phone in real time (Japan is legit the future). Hotel staff were also lovely and super helpful with luggage shipping service. Would highly recommend.

"Great location, helpful staff. Room was tight but that was expected based on pictures. Ignore the Italian restaurant on the 9th floor, the 8th floor has a fantastic selection of restaurants.
Direct bus available from the airport.
Bridges to bus stations let you get anywhere in the city easily."

"I love to stay at this hotel. It has all amenities that you need, they provide coffee, tea, lotion, skim milk, face wash cream, comb, toothbrush & tooth paste and salt bath bar. The hotel is so new only 5 years old . Our room has 3 beds, separate toilet, separate sink and separate bathtub (includes standing shower). I enjoyed the lady onsen and sauna sợ much using it daily while we stay there for 3 nights. Breakfast was so good with lots of good food.
The hotel is connected to the train station from 2nd floor. It has 4 restaurants onsite. They also have laundry room (but dont put too much clothes it will take you forever to get them dried, instead using outside laundromat About 5 mins away, google for nearby laundromat). There are shops onsite for souvenirs as well but a little pricey. Only 1 station away from Kyoto station, where you can go to Nikki castle and other famous shrines in Kyoto. Will love to stay here again if we are in Osaka/Kyoto next time. "
