"上高地へいくために 事前に色々と連絡しましたが丁寧に対応していただきました。 機会があればまた利用したいお宿でした"

"A lovely, quiet inn with spacious, clean rooms in a super convenient location near bus stations and shops. A couple of unique highlights: you swap your shoes for indoor footwear at the entrance, and they only have three family onsens (two indoor, one outdoor) on a first-come, first-served basis. You have to wait outside if the onsen is occupied by another family. Overall, a very happy and enjoyable stay!""

"スタッフの対応が良かった。"

"A wonderful dinner was included in our stay. The chef came out to explain each dish. There is an outdoor bathtub that is amazing."

"The Inn is about a 15 minute walk from Narai station. It is located in a former elementary school which gives it a nice look and feel. The lounge area is a nice place the sit and relax. Keep in mind that after 15:30 it is no longer possible to order coffee. For diner they serve 2 sorts of pizza, margeritha and quatro formaggi. "Nice authentic Onsen, the meals were high quality and very authentic. The establishment would need a lift up but it was clean, large room with excellent meals."

"If you want a traditional Japanese experience and get away from the main towns, then this hotel is for you. Yes, you can take the Western rooms, but the Japanese rooms will give you a better local vibe. If you take the breakfast and dinner option, then be prepared not to eat anything else. Hirayu is much closer (15-mins) now the...

"靴はロッカーに預け、全館スリッパで過ごすので快適です。宿泊者限定で、隣のホテルの温泉にも入れました。二つの温泉を体験できてお得感です。どちらも良いお湯です。食事はバイキング形式でしたが好きなものを美味しくいただきました。平湯バスターミナルに近く、上高地観光に最適でした。"

"all outdoor onsen not hot enough, we need to take shower inside the building and walk about 1-min to outside onsen. overall very old and need renovation."
