Excellent balance between price and service!

The hotel is situated 200 mts far from the beach. They have inflatable toys/ donut like that they lend them at NO cost. If you are traveling with little ones they also have sand toys . We chose a western room. It is spacious and clean. Has air conditioning and towels, fridge, table, etc. The hotel is a bit aged but everything works. And the people that manage it are AMAZING, super friendly fly and helpful. They usually get you from the pier and back again at no cost. They have washing machine es and soap available, there is a 250 yen cost for it. Highly recommended !

Perfect balance between price and comfort

As soon as I booked I had someone contacting me via the app to pick us up! We arrived and realised that the hotel is in a hill, very close to the BEAUTIFUL beach area. Both room options are very well kept. The traditional room is amazing but without bathroom as expected and the western has everything. I chose the western as I was travelling with a little boy and he always need the bathroom at random times. Ken the everything here is VERY polite, helpful. He speaks very good English and has done everything to makes us feel welcome! The hotel has vending machines and has washing machines too. It is 200 ten per wash and the hotel sells laundry powder for 50 yen. I’m VERY pleased with my selection and I stongly recommended!

서비스가 매우 좋음

섬이라 교통이 불편할 거라 생각했는데 의외로 시노지마로 들어가는 배편이 저녁까지 있습니다. 다만 배를 탈 수 있는 항구로 가는 버스가 1시간에 1대가량 있으니 대중교통을 이용하신다면 여유 있게 출발하시는 게 좋을 것 같습니다. 저는 섬에 도착한 후 호텔까지 15분가량 별 보며 걸어서 갔고 그것도 나름 즐거운 경험이었지만 배에서 내린 후 호텔에 전화하면 픽업하러 나와주십니다. 방에서의 해변 전망은 사진에서 보는 그대로입니다. 아침에 일어나서 커튼 걷고 감탄이 나왔습니다. 하지만 무엇보다 이 호텔을 추천하는 가장 큰 이유는 직원분들도 사장님도 정말 친절하십니다. 숙박하기 전부터 와이파이 등 작은 사항에도 안내 메시지를 계속 보내주시며 배려해주셨고 제가 저녁에 도착했고 다음 날은 체크아웃하고 나가기 바빠서 섬을 못 둘러봐 아쉬웠는데 사장님께서 몇몇 해변 뷰 포인트 및 산책 코스도 알려주시고 기다려주신 후 항구까지 차로 이동시켜 주셔서 정말 감사했고 좋은 기억 가지고 섬을 떠났습니다.
