Tìm Resort tại Nalusuan Island

"It was a good place to stay. The only downside was the lack of internet and no electricity from 7 am to 6pm. It’s surely secluded and calming. The staff was ok but if"

"Great resort, food was awesome and service excellent"

"It was ok."

"I got a better swim at the pool and at the beach. breakfast was ok and staff are great except for Cecille the person who was at the front desk when we checked in at 2pm. She told me that checked-in is at 3pm but there’s a room ready for you. I just got so annoyed when she said that, and told her that "you don't have to say the 3pm time to checked-in, if the room is ready just checked us in! then she gave me a room with no AirCondition working...pure warm air coming out. "Nice view, friendly staff, clean bedroom"

"I liked that it was small and more private. However the beach was not clean enough to swim. Water went out from time to time as well as the wifi. A lot of the furniture in my room was beat up and broken. It's a great place but it needs some work done."

"Friendly staff"

"This was our third stay here at Alta. I like the comfort in the rooms, and the property is very peaceful and quiet - with the occasional airplane taking off. The parking lot has always been wide open when I have stayed here, and there is a security guard at the entrance. The Staff have always been super nice and helpful! it looks like a great place to have a company retreat as there are a lot of event spaces available."

"I booked this Hotel for my parents, but when they arrived at the place (Hotel). They told my parents that they don't have a room for them because the room that I booked, someone has booked before me. In other words, overbooking. I have hotel confirmation and send a copy to my sister just incase because i live overseas and the time differences. They called me many times while I was sleeping. And my phone was on sleep mode. I saw the message an hour after when i woke up and I was very worried 😟....

"Everything was very nice like before...my only disappointment was with the front desk, they were not as friendly as before, no real attempt to be accommodating and responses were very short and generally negative. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay and very much like the restaurant inside..."

"Very nice garden around the pool, great pool area with bar and restaurant, and the food was Great! Only negative, was the accommodation, it was spacious, BUT not specially clean, cabinets falling off hooks, no Aircon in living room, the one in the bedroom was noisy. But over all we had a fine stay, and we will be back as day users for sure."
