"Probably the best location in Osaka. Connected to Takashimya, Sky o and Namibia station - all accessible from within the hotel. Staff are amazing and very helpful. Love the breakfast. Plenty of vegetarian options. Great restaurant options around. My fourth visit to Osaka and fourth stay at Swissotel. Don’t think will ever look to change the hotel for future stays. "

"The staffs are really nice and good at English. They upgraded me to a high level as I am going for honeymoon. Super kind and fancy hotel. Very convenient to go Mtr and many shopping places nearby ranging to high end to 100yen shops. Love this hotel a lot."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were truly satisfied with every aspect of our experience.
We stayed for four nights in a City View room, and everything—from the location to the service and the breakfast—was excellent. The staff were professional and attentive, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
We will definitely visit again on our next trip.

"客室は十分に清潔でスタッフの対応も良いです。設備はバスとトイレが一体なのだけが残念ですが、設立時期を考えれば妥当です。ファミリーマートがありますが24hr営業ではないのでご注意下さい。無料のシャトルバスもありますので三宮へ行くのも楽です。"
