"It was beautiful. Had a stellar restaraunt bar, a wonderful breakfast, and there was a gentleman there who was gracious, informative of relevant information for an inexperienced traveller who only speaks English, done pro actively in anticipation of my likely not knowing and or understanding....even charged my phone for me as i had missed my flight and my charger was with my luggage on its way to cinncinatti. Was what i needed. Substantively, i am not sure why italy does not use wash.cloths....

"We had a beautiful suite at the hotel. All staff and guest services were exceptional. The downside is the location of the hotel. It is across the street from the main train terminal which unfortunately had a fair amount of homeless/beggars. There was a good police presence however the location took away from our experience of the hotel. The other challenge we had was the taxi services. "Fint välkomnande när vi kom till Hotellet. Kände sig direkt hemma. Hela vistelsen var super trevlig och skulle lätt kunna bo där igen om man besöker Sorrento. Hotellet låg perfekt till att lätt kunna ta buss till olika hållplatser men även flygbussarna direkt till Neapel. Även super smidigt att ta sig till vattnet om man ville bada. "It would be impossible to beat the location of this hotel. The Hotel Zeus is right next to the train station and almost directly across from the entry gate to the Pompeii archaeological site. The neighborhood was quiet. Even though it's right next to the train station we did not hear trains in our room. It was an easy walk to the downtown area. We found the food at the on-site restaurant to be very good. The room was spotless and everything functioned very very well. The beds were comfortable....

"It was a great hotel, right opposite the entrance to Herculaneum. Room was a good size and the beds comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good choice at breakfast. Also there is a great terrace where you can take your own food and drink and just relax or order from reception and have something brought to you. Theres plenty of good restaurants nearby and the railway station is 10 mins walk away for direct trains to Naples and Sorrento and easy connections to Pompeii. A great value hotel...
