"Booked this hotel to go to several Royals games. Was so pleasantly suprised by the lovely property surrounding it. Great for walking and jogging, a small lake and little waterfall as well as super safe neighborhood. The hotel itself is very cute and clean. Staff was very helpful. Hotel also has a small bar and restaurant. Room had both a dorm size fridge and microwave. Would stay again 💯."

"The room was clean and quiet. We had a good sleep. It would have been nice to have a working bathroom fan. It got very steamy while showering. The coffee and breakfast were not very good. The staff was kind and friendly, but it would have been nice to have a bell at the counter at check in because we had to wait for someone to show up for a minute or two when we were checking in. Overall, good stay!"

"This was my 2nd stay here and planning to stay again in the future. Continental breakfast is still quick and filling with a variety of choices. Maybe biscuits and gravy would be a welcome addition. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the brightly lit parking lot. I feel very safe staying here."

"This hotel was perfect for our FIFA World Cup stay. it was easy to find, right off I-70. Check-in was quick. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The desk person was helpful answering questions we had about the logistics to and from the game. The morning breakfast was more than we expected. There were maids and attendants throughout the hotel. "Extremely rude security staff made us decide to book elsewhere. The guard immediately accused my partner of being a vandal and then proceeded to tell us the area was unsafe, which only added to our concerns. The interaction was unprofessional and left us feeling unwelcome from the start. To make matters worse, the property charged my card before the date listed on Expedia. Based on our experience, I would recommend looking at other options before booking here."

"The room was ok but its old. It needs a deep deep cleaning. There was dust on the small lamp shades that looked like its been there for a long time. This place definitely needs an overhaul and upgrade. I checked in and upon seeing the room, I wanted to not stay there but I had to due to the fact that I had gone through a 3rd party and was non refundable. We made the best of it and was out of the room as much time as we could and only came back to sleep."
