Having to wash your towels and stack bags of garbage was not the greatest but it’s a limited staffed counter with remote check in/check out access so just be prepared with that in mind. "The room was extremely spacious and very clean. The location was very convenient, with the subway station only a 3-minute walk away, which made getting around very easy. The only thing to consider is that there is no housekeeping service, as it is more like renting an apartment than staying at a traditional hotel. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay."

"The room was clean, pretty nice amount of space, great little washing machine and a washroom with an air dry setting for clothes. There are two large trash bins (for recycling and trash), and I do think if we had filled them we were able to request a pickup if needed, additional clean towels were also available, but only on request. Room with beds has a small table/folding chair set for use but it is a bit tight so we did not use (triple single beds). Reasonable amount of storage (closets)...
