"The room is quite spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The towels and blankets were clean. The staff was very friendly. The only drawback was the Wi-Fi signal in the room, which was quite unstable."

Like telling the people that the code for the room is for the box that you have to open. We figured it out on our own but 2 other people asked for help because it wasn't directly on the instructions. "Everything was awesome. The lady was super supportive when I needed to check in early and check out early and left my luggage with her. Room was clean. It's small, but I find it spacious enough for a solo traveler unless you have too much luggage. The shared area has everything you may need - iron, hair dryer, body mirror, scale (if you need to weigh your luggage), kitchen, fridge. I even found plastic bags prepared. I guess it's for guests to use cos' you definitely need to bring your own...
