"Clean"

"The airport shuttle staff was courteous. The front desk staff was also kind, but there was a significant language barrier for English speakers. The rooms were small and outdated. The surrounding neighborhood was unkempt, with litter scattered throughout. Fortunately, the hotel is within walking distance of stores."

"Rooms were cleaned everyday, but they did have room for improvement like fixing some scuffs in the walls of our room. Airport shuttle was a bit weird since you had to book a reservation for the shuttle through their website but overall it was pretty good. Staff were super helpful and friendly, gave recommendations for local spots to visit and enjoy, spoke English very well and were able to accommodate if asked. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of options, though it can be a bit expensive if your booking doesn’t have the buffet included. Overall, it was a good place to rest, eat, and it’s located in the middle of a lot of shopping centers, temples and near the train stations."

"My flight was delayed for 21 hours and I stayed at this hotel as a result. The property looks nice from the outside and in general. All the dining facilities were closed by the time I checked in, so I can not fairly comment on those. Also, the airport shuttle was no longer in service at that time of night, approximately 10:30PM. The shuttle to the airport the next morning, though, was very helpful. The room itself was nice, but a bit outdated. The bathroom could definitely use some modernizing. Our interaction with the staff was brief, but they were kind and helpful. All things considered, it is not a bad place given this was an emergency situation. All in all, based on my personal experience: Not Bad but Not Stellar."

"This place seems like one of very original hotels when the Narita airport was built. Very old and needs a major renovations. Front stuff wasn’t very friendly. We liked that they had a set shuttle hours, so we can plan shopping and dining at the airport. They had a small but very good and friendly convenient store inside the hotel. Amazingly, they fry croquets as you order. That was the best part of this hotel. Their beds are theHARDEST BEDS WE HAVE EVER SLEPT! My shoulders and butts hurt. It was like sleeping on the floor. "

"I actually had high expectations for the hotel breakfast. Overall, the breakfast was good, but unfortunately, there was no seafood. I had high hopes that the seafood would be excellent since it is Japan, but I wonder if that was an unreasonable expectation on my part."
