"The property was not was what was depicted in the photos on line. It just had a strange vibe all together. Very isolated to the township of Hastings. Has an onsite restaurant that had very average reviews so we Uber ordered instead. No staff to assist with check in, just had to enter reception and grab key. We weren't sure that we had even paid for the night, turned out we hadn't - we could have just left but we aren't that type of person. Very odd hotel indeed!"

"We were not informed that housekeeping does not work weekends. Knowing this staff still only stocked the room with 1 shower/face/hand towel each and 1 kitchen towel. Which is not ideal for 3 niights. Luckily we got back to hotel on second night before the front desk closed.
Overall okay.., definitely need to disclose the reduced services and has we probably paid the same or even more for a weekend rate. "

"Some friends booked for us to stay here whilst attending a sporting event whilst over from the UK. It’s a conference centre first and foremost and for the ten days we were there there were no conferences so was very very quiet with limited facilities available.
However, it proved to be an excellent base for us, the rooms were very comfortable (the beds are huge) and provided kettles, toasters, fridge etc.
There’s no reception after I think about 5pm so having left my keycard in the room at...
