Going into the room, it appeared acceptable. After 1st night noted no makeup of the room, fresh towels (only 2 towels for 2 persons). Never was answered on hotel phone. Went to desk and was informed they do not make up the rooms even thought I was there for 7 nights. When asked about towels, handwash cloths, coffee, cups, trash bags, I was given some supplies. The office people did not appear caring and for the most part seemed bothered by my questions and request. Just stating that was the policy. When asked what to do with trash and towels, they shrugged their shoulders and just said put it outside. They also have electronic locks to get in, but no interior dead bolts. There is a latch to move but no deadbolt. Anyone could come in when your asleep. Very unhappy for 6 of the seven days. I asked what the plus stood for in Red Roof Plus+? The desk person said it was for airport transfers, (when available). Horrible and disappointing. I was give a card for Tara Glover the General Manager, but was never contacted by her when requested.
