When I travel, the #1 thing I look for is a quiet place to stay, and this place is perfect. Not only was it quiet but it was really clean and right down the street from countless great eats. I'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful rental!!!

We were in Nashville for a quick trip and elected to stay at this property. What an amazing value!!! This place was convenient to downtown, clean, and 100% a place I'd recommend to anyone.

The place is AMAZING, we loved the location. The only thing we didn't like was the beds! Too hard for our tasting but overall we loved it. All the kids had their space which was a plus!

Nice and spacious

Very nice to have so much space! Huge bonus for everyone to have their own bedroom & bathroom. Investing in some memory foam mattress toppers would do wonders for the lack of comfort in extra firm beds. We loved the location and all the restaurants and coffee shops we could walk to. It’s a great place to stay.

Overall, this is a lovely place to stay. The amenities were very nice, super well equipped kitchen. Big complaint; although the floors in the common area were vacuumed, the floors themselves were dirty such that when walking around barefoot, our feet were noticeably black. If not for that I would have given 5 stars.

Check in was a nightmare. It took us about 40 minute while we verified our personal information and got support on the phone. Make sure you review the Sonder check in info and download the app before you consider booking this.

Great location for a family

Made a trip for my daughters birthday and didn’t want to stay right on Broadway and we normally love the outskirts of the city and Germantown didn’t disappoint. The location was great and close enough for us to walk to where we wanted or take a quick drive. Sonder was in quiet area and the only complaint I have is on the overall cleanliness of the apartment. We have to put the dishes on to wash since they seemed to still be dirty and floors needed to be cleaned. Overall I would recommend and stay again.

We were in Nashville for two nights. The property was in a perfect location in Germantown. As it was a family trip, we did not head to Broadway or any bars. Germantown was perfect for us with its many restaurant options and cute, quiet streets. The property was very clean and well-kept. The kitchen was stocked with all of the utensils and dishes needed to make a meal. I would highly recommend Sonder at Ziel Haus for anyone looking to visit Nashville. We walked to the state capital and enjoyed several of the restaurants nearby.

The apartment was beautiful and modern, with a lot of space. The parking was convenient. However, the master bed was broken and noisy. All beds were rock hard. There were no window coverings in 2/3 bathrooms. There were stains on the bedsheets and pillow cases.

No wonder Sonder is failing

I arrived at the property - and they cancelled my stay… at 8 PM on the night of my stay. The decision was “final” and I had no recourse even after calling customer service. I scanned my drivers license and the response after reviewing my license they couldn’t verify my identity and the stay was invariably cancelled.

Upon check-in to our department and discovered that the previous guess had vomited all over white carpet and bed frame in one of the rooms. It was very noticeable/ visible and had a terrible odor. However, the cleaning crew managed to make up the entire room around the pile of vomit which was left untouched. Clearly they did not communicate this to Sonder. We had to repack our entire vehicle and go to a less desirable property that solder offered us. There was zero compensation or apology. When I reach out to customer service they told me that it was my fault for picking the less desirable property. They even changed the code on the first place so quickly that I couldn't do a final sweep around the room to make sure we grabbed all of our things. Horrible communication. Zero customer service. You can only chat with someone online. Not a real person bad bad bad

Sonder at Ziel House takes your breath away the moment you enter. It's bright, clean, airy, and so well decorated and stocked for a comfortable stay. Despite being in a popular and busy neighborhood, I heard no noise at night, and slept soundly. There's so much to do in the neighborhood, but we didn't want to leave the unit!
