"Great staff, and each unit is owned by different people, but that said- unit 326 has peeling wallpaper, the toilet didn't work when we arrived, lights had burned out bulbs and the screen door was off the track and blew over on My mom's back. But the people were great and quick to remedy the issues they could. But the DVD still worked intermittently and the master bedroom had spots that were primed but not painted yet. Not so cozy."

"Overall this was a decent place to stay for two nights and probably a reasonable price considering private beach access. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony, but difficult to fully enjoy due to close proximity to the building's massive AC units, (NO quiet time as they were always running).
