小さいお子さんのいるご家庭での宿泊にはとてもいいですね。今回はホテルでのんびり温泉に浸かって寛ぐ大人の旅行として宿泊しました。できれば大人だけの階があるといいかな。廊下の声がどこまでも響いて朝5時には起こされてしまいました笑。客室単独での温度調整ができませんが、寒いと相談したところ、毛布とヒーターをお借りすることができました。レストランのスタッフさんもとてもいい感じの方が多いです。受付の方には適当な対応をされたことが残念でした。紅葉の時期にまた利用したいと思います。

80才の母と宿泊しました部屋は清潔で過ごしやすく、食事の種類は豊富で母も私も大満足でした。夜は無料のコンサートがあり素敵な夜を過ごす事ができました。

複数回利用しているが安定の快適さ。でも、6月の利用時よりも、バイキングのバリエーション、ボリュームが下がった印象はあった。

部屋の洗面台が2台あったが、そのうち1台の排水が流れにくく不便であった。また、洗面と浴槽に黒カビが見受けられた。建物の構造上かと思うが、暖房は少々効きづらい。人によっては防寒が必要かもしれない。
