All the staff were super friendly and accommodating!! Housekeeping could use more training. For a boutique hotel, the cleanliness in the rooms and elevators was subpar. Train them to move items and "clean" under and around them, sweep up all items on the floor, then "mop", polish the beautiful wooden ...
