"Excellent centralized location in the heart of Tokyo. Hotel is located steps away from a Tokyo Metro subway stop and also less than 10 minute walk to JR Tokyo Station. The hotel also has a 7-11 convenience store on the 1st floor and a Komeda's coffee on the second floor. Loved the bath tub and shower layout as it provided for a refreshing bath. Room was sufficient to handle at least 2 large suite cases. Air conditioning in the room worked great. Also the mini fridge was nice and quiet. Very friendly staff and helpful to foreign tourist."

"Everything was pretty cool, staff was very friendly, the hotel is really nice and spacious. Laundry is not super great because of machine needing coins and the drier not working correctly. But everything else it was AMAZING!"

"No options for vegetarian or halal for breakfast or snacks. Paid for breakfast for no reason. Staff however were excellent. No one cleaned our room for 3 days and they literally just dumped the comforter on the bed each day without even arranging the pillows. "

"Great location in Ginza for a pretty decent price. Nice amenities. Rooms were tiny, to be expected. Around the corner from the local train station and 10-15 min walk to the large Tokyo Station. Staff were very helpful."
