"Perfect for a [solo] budget stay in Singapore! I read the reviews, so was prepared for almost everything, but was happy to experience good communication from the hotel responding to my questions via Whatsapp, as well to find the front desk staffed when I arrived making check-in easy. "Got to this hotel as an emergency choice after our first choice turned out to be a disaster. Staff were very accommodating and let us in the room before the check-in time to find a good bed, decent bathroom and pleasant if neutral decor. Also good laundry, gym and pool facilities which we enjoyed using. Location is great right near an MRT station and very central so walking anywhere is a good option too."

"I booked this hotel for my aunt and cousin for their singapore trip. Check in process was smooth. Room was clean. Drinking water is accessible. Location is near train station. Food places and shopping is within distance. Staff was kind and very thoughtful. The staff surprised my aunt with a birthday cake! Highly recommended!"

"We had a lovely stay at Park Royal Beach Road. Staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. Lots to do in the area, with many restaurants. The MRT is only a short walk away. I only gave 3 stars for property condition and facilities as the pool and gym were closed for renovations. We were able to use other hotels’ facilities and taxis were provided. Overall, we had a great stay and if we’re in Singapore again we would definitely consider returning."
