"We had a lovely stay at the Linton Collection Apartments over Christmas. This was our third year spending Christmas here and once again we loved it. The location is ideal, just off the Royal Mile, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay — it really was a perfect Christmas. "Location was amazing, every attraction is within a short few minutes walk. There were pubs, restaurants right below which we did not find noisy. Apartment had a lift, we stayed in apt 13 on the 5th floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony with a nice view overlooking the Calton Hill. Checking in was easy with a pin code for the entry gate, lift and apt, felt very safe with CCTV around the common areas. Whole house was fully equipped with heaters, even for the bathroom floors. "The breakfast menu/buffet was excellent and had all the options, full Scottish breakfast (yum!), pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc. Coffee was delicious and plentiful! The room was large and very comfortable. Very quiet too, so slept very well, ready to sightsee the next morning. The staff were super helpful with providing info. "

"Fab hotel. Easy to get to from Princes street tram stop (prepare for an uphill walk and steps, we took the step free route on the way back!). Room was perfect for my 11 year old and me. Views of the castle from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were great. Use of pool and sauna in the sister hotel 1 minute down the road was an added bonus. Loved this hotel. "

"Loved our stay in a 2 bed apartment in Braid apartments. Beds so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave ! Great welcome basket with some breakfast items were waiting for us on arrival. 2 bathrooms with showers in each and great heat throughout the apartment. Super place to be based as so close to princes street and main sites. Staff very helpful before arrival and provided information when it was needed. We arrived around 8pm and it was easy to access with the provided code which was emailed...
