"The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion."

"Really close to everything you want to see in a very walkable city. Blocks to the Capital, restaurants, and once you figure out the bus system, it's breeze to get to Fort Sutter and old town. What really would have helped was local info on happenings that were planned and free. Example: 2nd night we stopped at front desk and mentioned we liked live music...oh, they said, that's great!
