"The property and location were great, middle of the cape to go North or South easily.
We do like a microwave in the room to warm things up, but not available. The breakfast the second day at 8:50 am was almost nonexistent and no one was around to ask for replenishments. When we found someone in the lobby they were very helpful, but often no one was there.
That said, we enjoyed our stay and the room was very comfortable."

"The cutest, cleanest boutique hotel on The Cape. Beautiful accommodations, excellent staff. I asked for ice cubes and they brought me a cup filled with ice and a lid. Every time we pulled in the owner offered to carry our bags to our room. Beautiful details in the decor of the room, the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on..
