"The room was nice, clean, fairly large, but a little worn. The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but improves significantly just a block away, with some very nice restaurants. Within walking distance of the Space Needle. Although we did not take advantage of it, they do have bikes to loan/rent."

"Always a clean room and great experience at the conveniently located Hotel Max. Love the old building. Rooms are very cozy but fully-featured and very clean. Not super busy or noisy part of downtown that helps ensure a good night's sleep. And plays a great staff."
