Early check-in was a plus. It's within walking distance to Seattle Center. The staff was friendly. The elevators are somewhat slow though.

The thing that stands out the most was the employees we came in contact with. Especially at breakfast. This place is no longer open. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone after arriving and finding it closed. Ruined our whole night downtime and went in circles with Expedia customer support for hours.
