"If you want to stay in a place that smells like marijuana and mold, with cockroaches practically playing soccer in the room, then this is definitely the hotel for you. In my 49 years of life, this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Despite our complaints, they refused to change our room. We were forced to stay in that disgusting room with a 15-year-old child. The room was filthy, smelled unbearable, and the overall condition of the hotel was absolutely unacceptable. The management showed zero concern for guest comfort or hygiene. This experience completely ruined our stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away unless you want to waste your money and ruin your vacation."

"We stayed at this hotel because of the proximity to the port and because it was said to have a restaurant. It was our first time in this area and I knew we would be tired after a long day of travel. I looked forward to not having to leave the hotel to search for food after checking in. However upon arrival we found that the restaurant was closed. Disappointing but a blessing. We tried the "restaurant" again in the morning for breakfast. It is a bistro with very limited options. The woman working there acted surly when we had diffculty finding something to order. Otherwise the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was basic but met our needs. Reason for 4 stars was the bistro/restaurant. I would not stay there again as we found closer hotels to the port."
