"Our rooms (Superior room with multiply beds) on two different stays were very excellent. Our first stay, we had staff go above and beyond to help us. One of our party had an accident and needed some extra care. They helped us out with letting us borrow the wheelchair for a day and getting us transportation to a hospital (a non emergency). "地域的に安価な宿泊代にも関わらず、清潔さ、スタッフ対応、朝食の質などすべて満足のいくものでした。空港近くという立地であるため利便性を心配していましたが、今回訪れたアムステルダム、ユトレヒト、ハーグの中央に位置する場所であったため、かえって観光しやすい場所であったようにも思います。ホテル周辺に店はありませんが、空港のスーパーマーケットで買い物して、シャトルバスで移動できるので、不便さはありませんでした。アムステルダム市街地よりも静穏で、治安も悪くないように感じました。"

"The bedding, a huge duvet, was heavy and very hot for sleeping in a room with barely adequate air conditioning. The dense foam mattress only added to the heating. Ended up tearing the duvet apart and sleeping under the duvet cover. The main restaurant was closed for the summer (except for breakfast?) in an area with no nearby restaurants, The bar and grill was okay. The glass, swing door for the bathroom lacked privacy. The breakfast buffet was huge and good but very expensive."

"Stylish, clean and beautiful hotel. Consider more frequent or additional shuttle bus to and from the airport. I could not get on the shuttle from the hotel to the airport coz it was too full. I had to take an Uber.."

"Be wary of staying on level 5 in summer as the air conditioning is not good. The room was warm and made for an uncomfortable to sleep. The room is also small and barely fits 2 suitcases and hand luggage. This is a smart room with an iPad in the room that lets you operate everything such as blinds, lights, air con. Some parts are excellent with others not good. The breakfast meal and downstairs area is excellent."

"At a glance the hotel looked lovely and even though there was a queue, the check in process was smooth. Upon entering the bedroom there was stained carpets and a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. There was what looked like ketchup smeared above the mirror in the bedroom and stains in the carpet and the television did not work. "There were 3 of us staying in a room. There were only towels for 2 people and no slippers. There is also no conditioner in the shower (my wife could not wash her hair). The bathroom was very small. I would not stay here again. "

"Beim einchecken war das Personal nicht besonders höflich, da wir kein Englisch sprachen, wurden wir ziemlich desinteressiert behandelt. Das Zimmer verfügte über keine Klimaanlage oder Air Condition, es war so heiß es war unerträglich. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war gut. Trotzdem stelle ich mir unter einem vier Sterne Haus ein bisschen mehr Luxus vor. Die Bar wurde unprofessionell geführt. Alles in allem würde ich dort keinen Urlaub mehr verbringen."
