"First off, when you get there, there’s just so much appeal. It’s a cute little hotel in an older building and fits in with the vibe and area of Evanston. "The beds were the best, check in flaw less ,a very attentive staff, great location, excellent price, amenities perfect. Strongly recommend this hotel while in the Schaumburg/ Woodfield mall area. Good job!"
"I made the mistake of going to the wrong Hyatt from the airport when OHare cancelled multiple flights, I did not realize until I waited two hours at the other Hyatt to check in... When I showed up very late, the girls at the front desk were amazing. So sweet and kind and also had to deal with the rush earlier. Was so thankful for them and their hospitality. The room was very nice for my quick 6 hour stay, clean. The shuttle came on time to get me to the airport in adequate timing."
"This was such an incredible Hotel. Our flights got canceled out of Chicago and I was lucky to find one room available here at the Hyatt super clean. The staff was beyond amazing. Jamie checked us in at the hotel and we loved the restaurant. The food was incredible and Bruna at the coffee shop was the sweetest employee and makes my coffee delicious!
